You can receive a level-up reward coupon when you unlock a new membership status based on your accumulated spending in BloomChic. For example, suppose your total expenditure with BloomChic exceeds $200, qualifying you for the Level Sprout status. In that case, you will be entitled to a $30 coupon, valid for a single use. You can claim this coupon reward by logging into your rewards account.
Level-up coupon is not claimable until the order is shipped and your credit card is charged.
You can claim the level-up reward coupon on a yearly basis. However, please note that if you have downgraded to the 'Sprout' level, you will not be eligible to claim any reward coupon after the status refresh.
